If you have asked more than one of the above questions then a Fighting Lifestyle Coach might be right for you. I can help you ask the right questions and guide you toward the most useful answers for your lifestyle and combat goals.
Balancing the time an athlete spends doing striking, jiu jitsu, wrestling, weight lifting, cardio training, mobility, recovery work, learning teachniques, sparring, physical therapy, and stretching all while getting the appropriate amounts of nutrition rest and supplements is a daunting task but it’s not impossible. I can help you make and stick to a schedule that prepares you for combat while avoiding injuries, capitalizing on your strengths and reducing your weaknesses. The only guarantees in the fight game are that if you fail to prepare you should prepare to fail and that the harder you train the luckier you get. Training hard without being smart is almost guaranteed to get you injured and take you out of the fight game, that’s where my knowledge, experience and desire to help you reach your goals comes in, to help you train smart.
I am offering my experience and expertise to prepare you for battle – not as a coach who teaches you moves or as a nutritionist who cooks you food, but as a high level athlete who has been looking at the big picture for over a decade and can help you put all of your elements together to make it to the competition and perform when the time is right.
